2011 - Present

I’ve been working for over seventy years but I’ve still recently done things for the first time. I allowed myself to be more imaginative. Mrs. Pumpkin Eater was done without an exact model, and My Dream Kitchen was the first time I’d painted a dream. I revisited old work in new material, Alicia on the Beach in burlap, Waiting in colored wire.

I moved to Providence in 2018. My work is filled new friends and new landscapes from walking in new places.

I’m still learning, still looking, still trying new things. After working for so long, I feel free to develop new ideas. I never know what I’m going to do next.
